Beech pollen allergy occurs due to IgE-mediated reactions in sensitized and allergic individuals. Fags 1, 2, and 4 are the major beech pollens strongly associated with IgE-mediated allergens. Health care professionals use this test to identify beech pollen allergens, establish the diagnosis of beech pollen-related allergies, and recommend necessary pollen-specific immunotherapy.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
