Meadow Fescue (Festuca pratensis) is a perennial grass that produces pollen grains which can enter the airway through the nasal or oral passage and induce allergic reactions. It is reported to induce allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and asthma in sensitized individuals. This test detects specific IgE antibodies involved in causing such allergic reactions.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
