IgE Allergy Micropolyspora faeni is an immunological test that detects specific IgE antibodies which are produced when exposed to Micropolyspora faeni, thermophilic actinomycete. This is also called farmer’s lung, a hypersensitivity disease of agricultural workers. This test aids healthcare providers in assessing serum IgE levels following Micropolyspora Faeni contact and aids in effective management of such allergic reactions.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
