General Info:

Description:

Oats are known to possess different IgE- binding proteins that are known to cause oral allergy syndrome (OAS), anaphylaxis, gastro-intestinal symptoms, skin reactions and respiratory symptoms such as rhinitis, rhino-conjunctivitis, and asthma in sensitized individuals. This test detects specific IgE antibodies involved in causing such allergic reactions.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
