Paper wasp an insect, which may cause type 1 hypersensitivity reaction from stings. It can cause local reaction showing erythema, oedema, and pain at the sting site or systemic manifestations and anaphylactic responses. This test detects specific IgE antibodies involved in causing allergic reactions.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
