Description:

Passion Fruit (Passiflora edulis Sims) is a native fruit of Brazil commonly processed to make fruit juice concentrate. Type 1 hypersensitivity reaction to its allergen have reported presenting with generalized urticaria, rhinorrhea, sneezing, oropharyngeal pruritus, dysphagia, dysphonia, cough and ocular itching. This test detects specific IgE antibodies involved in causing such allergic reactions.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
