Arindam joined the PureHealth Group as CEO of PureLab, where he developed the organizational structure and oversaw the implementation of PureHealth’s business model, leading to the creation of the region’s largest lab network. He has about three decades of business expertise in a range of executive positions. Throughout his professional career, Arindam has led companies and expanded portfolios in a variety of industrial categories.

In his previous role, he was CEO at Thyrocare Technologies Limited, a multinational company that employs a centralized lab operation model and houses one of the first and largest single-location fully automated labs in India, covering more than 200,000 sq. ft., conducting up to 25 million tests per year, and employing up to 2,000 employees.

Arindam has also previously served as CEO of Sterlite Technologies and SRL Diagnostics, India’s largest chain of branded labs with over 430 labs, including four CAP-accredited labs and 43 NABL (the highest Indian accreditation body) accredited labs, performing up to 40 million tests for 15 million patients annually and employing up to 7,000 people across India, Nepal, and Dubai.
