He has held senior roles across Australia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, including leading pathology departments, managing quality systems, and driving national eHealth initiatives.
A passionate advocate for laboratory medicine, Dr.Kaabar is known for his expertise in clinical chemistry, accreditation, and change management. An Associate Fellow and certified Health Manager with ACHSM, and a qualified trainer in SLII and change management.
