Dr. Mayur Nigalye leads Medical Operations at PureLab, where he drives innovation in AI-powered automation and digital transformation across laboratory services. His work has significantly enhanced operational efficiency, turnaround times, and diagnostic accuracy through the integration of intelligent lab systems and lean methodologies.
With over 16 years of experience, Dr. Mayur has held leadership roles in Vietnam and India. At Diag Laboratories in Ho Chi Minh City, he implemented total lab automation, developed advanced automated biosafety infrastructure for the molecular lab and introduced lean workflows for reducing TAT. His efforts tripled sample volumes and expanded service offerings.
Earlier in India, he served as Deputy Chief of Lab at Metropolis Healthcare while heading Haematology and Transplant Immunology. He played a key role in establishing new departments, managing large-scale lab operations, and driving strategic growth through clinical excellence and business development.
