HLA Class I and II Typing (High resolution)

General Info:

Description:

High-resolution HLA Class I and II typing is carried out with advanced genotyping techniques that identify specific alleles for HLA molecules. This study provides a highly precise and detailed analysis distinguishing structural variations in HLA-A, -B, -C (Class I), and HLA-DRB1, -DRB3/4/5, -DQA1, -DQB1, DPA1, -DPB1 (Class II) genes. High-resolution typing enhances compatibility assessments.

Important notes: Intended for pretransplant allele matching. Please provide the potential recipient’s/donor’s name and MRN.
