The IgE test for Aspergillus clavatus is used to detect certain fungal infections, like malt worker’s disease. It is also used to detect other infections like extrinsic allergic alveolitis, onychomycosis, and other mycotoxicose. Healthcare professionals use this test to identify IgE allergies to A. Clavatus and guide proper management.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
