Orchard Grass is a highly allergenic grass species known to produce pollens. Exposure to pollen through inhalation might induce Type 1 hypersensitivity reaction presenting as allergic rhinitis, allergic rhino-conjunctivitis and asthma in sensitive patients. This test detects specific IgE antibodies involved in causing such allergic reactions.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
