Ox eye daisy (Chrysanthemum leucanthemum) is a short-lived rhizomatous perennial plant, is rarely known to induce Type 1 hypersensitivity reaction on exposure. Sensitized individuals commonly develop allergic contact dermatitis associated with photosensitivity. This test detects specific IgE antibodies involved in allergic diseases, helping in the identification of triggering allergens causing allergic reactions.
Important note: Minimum volume is 1 mL and 0.5 mL for every additional allergen.
