Description:

The whole blood lead level test detects lead in the blood, especially in suspected toxicity among industrial workers and accidental exposures. Lead toxicity can cause health issues, including anaemia, peripheral neuropathy, gastrointestinal symptoms, skin and breast cancers, lymphoma, and elevated serum cholesterol. This test is used to diagnose lead poisoning and assess the effectiveness of treatment.
